WINTER IN WISCONSIN

Wisconsin has four seasons to boast of.  Winter might be the least favorite for some, but there is plenty of nature's beauty to be found in the frigid cold of winter.  Local parks, state parks, nature preserves.  All of these provide a workout and a winter view.  The views along the lakefront are astonishing in winter, with the different ice formations, and the crisp contrast of ice and snow with the changing hues of Lake Michigan.  Following are just a few of my favorites.
