Garrison's Glen - Mequon, WI
One of the "Treasures of Oz", Garrison's Glen was named for Garrison Adams, a former student at Donges Bay School. It's not the biggest natural area, 22 acres, but it's beautifully laid out, lush, the trails are well groomed, and there are birds aplenty. Perfect for an afternoon stroll. Just to the west of the Glen is a spot along the river with a canoe launch. We haven't a canoe, but there were some on the river enjoying the peaceful waters.
