Mary Knoll Park - Brookfield, WI

I often drove past Mary Knoll on my way home from work. A variation on my route from Brookfield to West Allis. Finally, curiosity got the best of me and I went prepared one evening and walked the park. It's not big, but great enough for a nice walk, with paved paths, wooded trails, some prairie grasses, lots and lots of trees, and a dog park of sorts.  You can see it just south of I-94. But the bulk of the park is out of sight of passing cars.  

​Lots of birds to be seen here. Deer, and other wildlife, too.  I've seen an owl, some hawks, and plenty of other avian species.  It's got a small playground, and some tennis courts, too.  Something for everyone.  Stop by for a walk, bring your binoculars, or just bring your lunch and enjoy a beautiful outdoor space and some fresh air.  This park has quickly become one of my favorites. You might just agree.
