Whitnall Park - Franklin, WI

Whitnall Park is a gem, located in Franklin, Wisconsin.  An expansive park that includes Wehr Nature Center, Boerner Botanical Gardens, the Whitnall Park Golf Course, and miles and miles of trails, picnic areas, and more.  The park has appeal in all seasons, though summer at the Botanical Gardens is lush, and the trails at Wehr Nature Center are lined with flowers, and wildlife, in spring and summer.  Songbirds can be seen and heard throughout the park, and deer are often seen here, too.  What a beautiful place to spend the day, no matter what time of year.
