Idle Isle Park - Muskego, WI
There's a small island along the shores of Little Muskego Lake known as Idle Isle Park. This 7-acre community park was acquired by the city of Muskego in 1969, and offers a multitude of features: a swimming beach, walking trail, fishing pier, boat launch, children's playground, and restrooms and concessions in summer. Kayak rentals are available through the concession stand in summer. A local water ski club provides a water ski show here once a week throughout the summer.
A large open-air shelter was added to the park in 2006. More recently, three reservable group picnic areas were added for groups of 40 or less.
