Sandy Knoll County Park - Town of Trenton, WI
Sandy Knoll Park is the largest county park in Washington County. Like other Washington County parks, Sandy Knoll has many amenities and activities available. At 257 acres, you'll find plenty of walking trails, fishing, picnic spots, multiple sport fields, basketball, winter sports such as cross country skiing, and snowmobile access.
There is swimming at the beach (no lifeguard), volleyball (bring your own net and volleyball), horseshoes, and a playground for small children. There are four reserveable shelters including a newly (2020) renovated barn hall, and heated flush restrooms. The hiking trails are lined with trees, flowers, and the sounds of birdsong.
Recent additions include the Sandy Paws dog park, and an 18-hole disc golf course.
