Regner Park - West Bend, WI
If you're looking for outdoor adventure in West Bend, Regner Park has got it. This community park has been in use since 1935, and has grown throughout the generations to include a multitude of outdoor activities to be enjoyed by all. No matter the season, you'll find residents and visitors alike enjoying the amenities in the park.
Sports amenities include: baseball and softball diamonds, tennis courts, horseshoe courts, and a soccer field and basketball court. There are two children's play areas, 6 picnic areas, a fishing pond, and, in summer, the beautiful blooming labyrinth garden, which includes a wide selection of plants in a peaceful atmosphere.
One of the most popular attractions in the park is the swimming pond and beach, which is bustling all summer long. And a large splash pad for cooling off on hot, steamy days. In winter the frozen lake is used for ice skating, hockey, and a warming house is available, too, with concessions serving hot chocolate, coffee, and snacks.
Plenty of tree-lined paths and trails offer shaded nature walks, and wildlife viewing. Come winter, the park comes alive with festive holiday lights, and an annual winter event: Enchantment In The Park. A festive event to be enjoyed by all. I highly recommend it.
There are park buildings and pavilions available for rental, along with a bandstand and stage that host musical events throughout the year.
Hours: Open daily, 6:30am - 11pm
Parking: Side street and multiple parking lots
Pets are not permitted in the park.
Location: 800 N. Main Street, West Bend, WI (Washington County)
